Privacy policy

Who we are
MN Digital Services (Pty) Ltd is a South African media and technology company headquartered in Westville, Durban. This policy explains how we handle personal information that comes to us through this website, through our products, and through the course of doing business with our customers.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you give us — your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We do not use hidden forms, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile visitors across the web.
When our customers deploy our products, we handle operational data on their behalf. That relationship is governed by the signed agreement between MN and the customer, not by this policy.
How we use it
We use the information you share with us to answer your questions, to prepare proposals, to deliver the products and services you've asked for, and to keep you informed about updates that are directly relevant to work we're doing with you. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it's wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@mnsa.co.za.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to do business with you, or for as long as the law requires. We protect it with the same seriousness we apply to our customers' operational data — access controls, encrypted transport, and audited infrastructure.
Updates to this policy
If we update this policy in a way that materially changes how we handle personal information, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we'll also let affected customers know directly.
